5. Google Review Compliance
Our services are designed to help businesses request reviews from genuine customers, patients, or clients in a structured and compliant way.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
- review requests are sent only to genuine customers, patients, or clients;
they do not offer incentives, discounts, gifts, payments, or benefits in exchange for reviews;
- they do not pressure customers, patients, or clients to leave only positive reviews;
- they do not ask us to remove, hide, suppress, or manipulate genuine negative reviews;
- they comply with Google’s review policies and all applicable laws.
Google may filter, delay, remove, reject, or decline to publish reviews at its discretion. Google may also suspend, restrict, or take action against - Business Profiles that violate its policies.
AutoPoint Scaling is not responsible for any action taken by Google or any third-party platform.
6. Results and Promotional Offers
Any results, examples, claims, testimonials, or case studies mentioned on this website, in advertisements, or in marketing materials are examples only and are not a guarantee of future results unless expressly stated in writing.
From time to time, we may offer promotional guarantees, free setups, trials, or limited-time offers. These offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer.
Where we offer a review-related guarantee, such as helping a client get a certain number of Google reviews within a set period, the guarantee is subject to:
- the client having sufficient genuine customer, patient, or client volume;
the client providing required access, information, and approvals on time;
- the client using the system as agreed;
- the client not violating Google’s policies or applicable laws;
- Google publishing or accepting submitted reviews;
- no delays caused by the client, Google, or another third-party platform;
- any additional terms agreed in writing.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, “working for free” means continuing the agreed service without charging the monthly management fee until the stated target is reached. It does not mean refunds, cash payments, or indefinite services outside the agreed scope.
7. Free Setup or Trial Services
If we offer to install a review engine, system, or related service for free, the free setup is subject to approval, availability, and fit.
We may decline to install or continue a free setup if:
- the business is not a good fit;
- the business does not have enough customer, patient, or client volume;
- required access or information is not provided;
- we believe the business is asking for fake, misleading, or non-compliant review activity;
- the business is in a restricted, inappropriate, or unsuitable category;
- continuing the service would create legal, reputational, operational, or platform risk.
A free setup does not mean the service is free forever. Paid services, subscriptions, or ongoing management fees may apply after the free setup or trial period, but only where agreed with the client.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate business and contact information;
- providing access needed to set up and manage the service;
- approving message wording, workflows, and setup details where required;
- ensuring that all customer, patient, or client data provided to us is collected, stored, and shared lawfully;
- ensuring that review requests are sent only to genuine customers, patients, or clients;
- complying with Google’s policies and all applicable laws;
paying fees when due;
- communicating changes that may affect service delivery;
- ensuring their staff or team members cooperate with agreed processes where required.
We are not responsible for delays, poor results, or service issues caused by missing information, lack of access, lack of client cooperation, insufficient customer volume, third-party platform issues, or client policy violations.
9. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions
Fees for paid services will be agreed separately with each client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- subscription fees are billed monthly;
- payments are due in advance;
- failed payments may result in service suspension;
- fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started;
- setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable;
- prices may change with reasonable notice.
If a client fails to pay on time, we may pause, restrict, or terminate services until payment is received.
10. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice by email.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period;
- no partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period;
- services may continue until the end of the paid period;
- access to systems, reports, or services may be removed after cancellation.
